How to: Access your Etsy Files

If you’ve made your purchase through Etsy, your files will be available immediately after your purchase and can be found in your Etsy account. If you don’t have an Etsy account, don’t worry - Etsy will have emailed you a link to the files.

Immediately after your purchase, your screen will display the following:

Click the button “View Downloads”. A sidebar will pop up on the righthand side and preview your files. Make sure to select “View all”.

This will take you to a new page where you can see all the files associated with the listing (as opposed to previewing just three). Ensure you download all the files.

See below for how to find your downloads through your Etsy account:

1. Go to the Etsy home page, on the top right hand corner select “Your Account”.

2. Select “Purchases” from the drop down menu.

3. You can view all your Etsy purchases here, so scroll to find the purchase with us. On the right hand side, click “Download Files”

4. This will take you to a new page where you can see all the files associated with the listing (as opposed to previewing just three). Ensure you download all the files.
